Customer Services Coordinator – Safety 

Milnerton – Cape Town
R10 000 – R13 000 + benefits

Minimum Requirements:
• Matric
• High School Maths
• 1-2yrs experience in similar position
• Efficient in:
MS Word – Intermediate
MS Excel – Intermediate
Syspro
Email/Internet
• Excellent Product Knowledge
• Ability to prioritize – Time Management
• Business English is essential
• Good conflict resolution skills

Responsibilities – including but not limited to:
• Assist customers with regards to product queries/quotes
• Capture all orders onto the system
• Complete SCT’s for goods not in stock
• Complete the back-order database and keep it up to date
• Print picking slips and invoices as required
• Liaise with Creditor’s department in Head -Office when accounts are on hold or credit limits are exceeded
• Liaise with stores assistants with regards to any emergency deliveries
• Receive all customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Dealing with customer queries
• Print Service Invoices
• Do Delivery notes
• Completion of Purchase Orders, before handing to the Branch Manager for signature
• Ensure that filing is given to the Receptionist timeously
• Responsible for the Petty cash
• Purchase the consumables for the Kitchen
• Provide assistance to Switchboard when necessary
